I have no idea what publication these Praktica pages came from but they are very informative. I have used the original scanned pictures but retyped the text for clarity.

Praktica - IV and V:

There were many versions of the Praktica IV and V. The main features were as follows:
  1. Transport and shutter tensioning knob which, in the Praktica IV, also wound the mirror down to the taking position.
  2. Shutter speed knob
  3. Shutter release
  4. Pentaprism
  5. Flash contacts, vertically aligned beside lens mount
  6. Rewind knob
  7. Carrying lug
  8. Cassette chamber
  9. Tripod bush
  10. Viewfinder eyepiece
  11. Focal plane shutter
  12. Removable back
  13. Transport and shutter tensioning lever
  14. Take up spool

The main external differences between the various models were that the IVB had an exposure meter window in front of the pentaprism housing with needles visible in a window next to the rewind knob.

The Praktica IVM introduced the split image rangefinder (left).

The Praktica IVF added a fresnel screen and, because that was not a focusing area, a ground glass ring around the rangefinder centre (right).

The Praktica VF introduced the new standard shutter speed range but omitted the 1/15sec setting.
